Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation within 24 hours: You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 10 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Promotional Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds; promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@SAVVYS.com or via our online customer service. We will arrange an exchange for you.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift card will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
